Hi, I'm Moiz — The Growth Gremlin

The little troublemaker behind big growth.

Great products don't market themselves.
That's the lie.

I\'m Moiz Arenpurwala. I take products to market and make them work. 10+ years across consumer high growth and successful startups. From scaling a seed to Series D and beyond. I run the whole motion: strategy, performance, revenue, brand, and the team that ships it.

I've been the first marketing hire four times. I'm very familiar with 0. I'm even better at what comes after it.

Scrappy by nature, relentless by design.

Founding marketer, four times deep.

The pattern is hard to miss: I show up early, wear every hat in the closet, and build marketing from scratch. First performance marketing hire at a healthtech unicorn. Founding performance marketer at a venture-backed mobility startup (later acquired, nice). First marketing hire at a B2B SaaS company. And most recently, took a consumer healthtech brand from a blank page to profitable — growing it from seed all the way through Series D.

Silicon Valley has been my proving ground. A successful growth marketer across brand-new tech categories and industries that didn't have a playbook yet. I find joy and meaning in taking something new to market, finding what works, and then doing it again. And again. And again.

So when a founder says "we don't have anything set up yet," I don't flinch. That's my favorite place to start.

I thrive in the hyper-growth chaos.

Early-stage companies move fast and break things. I've spent my career in exactly that kind of weather, from seed to Series D, building my own systems and processes while the floor keeps shifting. I love the chaos. I create order inside it. Inside a public telehealth leader I dragged Six Sigma into the marketing org and clawed back 80+ hours per campaign. At a Fortune 50 tech company I led a pilot launch and grew it 200%. Order without the brakes, that's the trick.

Strategy first. Spreadsheets right behind.

  • 188% average marketing ROI in telehealth — primary care, mental health, general medicine, dermatology. The full menu.
  • Steered a $50M+ acquisition budget in healthtech to 20% MoM new user growth and a 15% CAC haircut.
  • 12% MoM member growth in telehealth while shaving 8% off CAC. (Yes, both directions at once.)
  • 300% jump in inbound leads at a B2B SaaS startup. The pipeline got loud.

I don't roll solo. And I don't roll slow.

I come in with my own team. When a project needs execution, I bring a tight crew of designers, writers, and paid media specialists who move at the same tempo. Modern AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Lovable, CubeAI) are baked into how we work — faster output, lower cost, zero corners cut.

A few things I believe.

  • Marketing should earn its keep. If it doesn't show up in the numbers, it isn't working.
  • The best ideas usually start messy. My job is to find the thread and pull it.
  • Speed and quality aren't enemies. The right process gives you both.
  • Founders have enough unknowns. Their marketing lead shouldn't be one of them.

Causing mayhem in your funnel since day one.
